Welcome to the Auratech Software CISS Help Desk Training
Series.
This series on computer based videos have been produced
to help you gain familiarity with the CISS Help Desk System
as quickly as possible. Whether it is for evaluating the
system or for training new staff in the use of the system,
these videos will be a valuable aid in learning how to use
CISS. The videos will walk and talk you through every step
of each process and you can see it all infront of you on
your screen.
These video files are in AVI format and can be viewed through
your standard Windows Media Player and various other media
players that handle this format.
The files are compressed to make for faster downloading
and you will need a copy of WinZip to extract the files
afterwards. You can obtain a free copy of Winzip from www.winzip.com
NOTE: Your screen resolution should be set to at least
800x600 (SVGA) to view these videos.
To download the videos, simply click on each link and a
"Save As" dialog box will appear.
