CISS Add-ons

We have developed the following add-ons to add certain functions to the product.

TM

Nagger is a little program that runs in the background and sends regular reminder emails to your support staff. The frequency of the emails can be set depending on the priority of the work order. You will need at least v3 of CISS. Download the EXE file and copy it into the same directory as the CISS EXE file. Only the Help Desk Manager need have this file, otherwise every staff member will be sending out reminder emails.

TM

To make it easier for our clients to migrate over to our system, we have developed an add-on for importing and exporting data to and from some of the tables in CISS. It is called IMEX. This add-on is FREE. There is limited documentation currently available on it but it is designed to be very easy to use.

To automate the process of logging new work orders as much as possible, we have released a new add-on for CISS, called Email Extractor.
Email Extractor automatically processes incoming emails from clients and from online web forms, based on your specified filters and logs new work orders. It even sends notifications to the client and the help desk manager.
