As CISS has only recently been updated, we are still in the process of creating the new training videos.
Get up to speed faster and learn our system the easy way! With our easy-to-follow, step-by-step, instructional videos, you'll be able to learn the basic functions of the system.
You can watch the videos directly on your computer screen and they are a great way of training your new help desk staff.
The previous version's videos were a huge success, so we're making sure we include and improve them for this newly released version of CISS.
