The following are some of the programs that are available as add-ons to the CISS Help Desk System.
Some of them are free of charge and can be downloaded once you purchase CISS. For others, there are charges involved.

WebCISS-Lite - web-based add-on
Add web access to your help desk and allow your support staff to access the system from anywhere with an internet connection.
Allow requesters to log and track their own calls, thus saving your team valuable time. Also allow requesters to search the knowledgebase
enabling them to possibly find the solution themselves. Faster, better, smarter!

CISS Escalator
Automatically runs in the background and checks any outstanding (open) issues against custom rules you have set up, to see if the call requires escalation.
Checks, escalates and notifies!
This is a FREE add-on that comes with CISS (valued at $100).
CISS Nagger
Nagger is a program that runs in the background and based on custom rules and the priority, will send out nagging "reminder" emails on a regular basis, to the assigned support staff member.
It will continue to send these emails until the status of the call has changed.
This is a FREE add-on that comes with CISS (valued at $50).
CISS Auditor
Auditor is a small program that can be installed and run on end-users' PCs to gather information on all their software and hardware (assets).
This is a FREE add-on that comes with CISS (valued at $400).
CISS Email Extractor
This add-on is a program that runs on your server and checks all incoming emails you specify. It then checks these emails against your defined rules and if a "match" is receievd, it will
automatically create (log) a new issue from this email. What a time saver!
This add-on costs $150 (AUD).
CISS Report Designer
Report Designer allows you to create your own reports, which you can save and add to the CISS reports menu for regular use.

CISS SMS
CISS SMS is a service that allows you to send SMS notifications to cellular (mobile) phones, the same way the system automatically sends out email notifications.

CISS Remote Control
Take control of an end-users' PC and show them how to perform tasks without having to go to them or them come to you. Use for training, easier identification of certain problems, running updates, etc.
