AurAsset Asset Management System

AurAssetTM is a complete asset management system for tracking your hardware, software and other assets.

Here's some of the things AurAsset can do for you :

  • Performs a detailed audit on your company's hardware and software - Client Auditor program retrieves information on your PC's system settings, amount of memory, specifications, what peripherals (such as printers, modems, monitors) are attached and all the software (including versions) that is installed.

  • Unlimited Custom Fields - An unlimited amount of additional data can be stored for a particular asset. Whatever fields you like!

  • Perform Detail Searches - The Manager program allows ou to perform detailed searches beased on Asset category, Asset number, User, Location, Department, Company, etc.

  • Customizable Alerts - You can set-up an unlimited number of alerts in the system to keep you on top of things, such as when a warranty expires on a PC.

  • Track installed software licenses - Whenever you purchase a new program, you can enter the number of licenses purchased. The system will then compare between the number of purchased software licenses and actual installed copies. It will also warn you if there are more copies installed than there are licenses.

  • Store Images of Assets - You can take photos of your assets and store them in the system for insurance purposes or for easy identification.

  • Complete Audit Details - Records the date of the audit, the date of any changes, the date software was added and the maintenance date, etc. Know everything about your network!

  • Detailed Reports and In-built Help - Reports containing all the information captured, e.g based on asset, information type, etc. These reports can be exported to HTML format if you choose. And if you get stuck at anytime, you can access the in-built help for assistance.

  • Easily transferred data formats - Uses XML and ASCII formated files, so the information can be easily imported into other programs or databases.
